Day 1: Dibrugarh to Pasighat
Depart from Dibrugarh and drive to Pasighat via the iconic Bogibeel Bridge (approx. 5 hours). Enjoy scenic views of the Brahmaputra River and surrounding countryside during the journey. Stop by the Siang River, a picturesque spot ideal for nature walks and photography. Stay at Pasighat in an eco-lodge or homestay.
Day 2: Pasighat to Dambuk
Drive from Pasighat to Dambuk (approx. 2.5 hours) through lush green landscapes, crossing over small rivers and enjoying the pristine wilderness. Take a stroll through Dambuk’s famous orange orchards and enjoy freshly picked fruits (season: November–February). Visit this scenic area of Bomjir near the Dibang River for breathtaking views and tranquil surroundings. Overnight stay at a traditional homestay in the village.
Day 3: Dambuk to Dibru-Saikhowa National Park
Depart from Dambuk and drive to Dibru-Saikhowa National Park (approx. 4.5 hours). En route, stop at the picturesque Maguri Beel wetland known for birdwatching and serene boat rides. Later in the evening, check-in at an eco-lodge and enjoy a short walk or sunset view near the park or spend your time at leisure. Overnight stay at Dibru-Saikhowa.
Day 4: Dibru-Saikhowa National Park
This morning, embark on a thrilling boat safari or a guided nature trek through the unique riverine forest of Dibru-Saikhowa National Park. Spot rare wildlife like feral horses, endangered river dolphins, and a variety of migratory birds. Enjoy a packed lunch amidst nature or at a riverside picnic spot. Overnight stay at Eco-Camp.
Day 5: Dibrugarh Tea Estate visit and related activities
After breakfast at the eco-lodge, proceed to Dibrugarh to visit the Mancotta tea estate. Walk through the tea garden and take a guided tour to learn about tea processing and try tea plucking. Have a tea-tasting session. Visit the Singpho Eco Lodge for lunch and Singpho tea, which is famous for its traditional manufacturing and brewing methods. Later, you shall be dropped off at your convenient location for your onward journey. This marks the end of the tour.
