Vinay Deverashetty and his family embarked on a captivating 7-day adventure through the heart of Northeast India. Their journey began in Guwahati before traveling to Shillong, Meghalaya's scenic capital. They explored the breathtaking Laitlum Grand Canyons, delved into the cultural tapestry of the Don Bosco Museum, and relaxed by Ward's Lake. The trip continued to Cherrapunji (Sohra), where they visited the mystical Mawphlang Sacred Grove and admired the cascading Seven Sisters Falls. They discovered Cherrapunji's natural wonders, including the Garden of Caves, the towering Nohkalikai Falls, and the mysterious Arwah Caves. From there, the family experienced the serene life of Mawlynnong, Asia's cleanest village, and took a tranquil boat ride on the crystal-clear Dawki River, where they could glimpse the Bangladeshi border. Their journey concluded back in Guwahati, with an optional evening cruise on the majestic Brahmaputra River, and a final visit to the sacred Kamakhya temple before their departure.
